Accounts

How do I create an account?

Use Signup and verify your email if prompted. You can manage your profile and account security from the Trader Dashboard.

How do I reset my password?

Use Forgot Password from the login page. A recovery link is sent through your configured authentication email service.

Where do I find my orders?

Open Trader → My Profile → Order History, or Account → Billing & Receipts.

Evaluations & checkout

Are these real-money trading accounts?

No. Current Margin evaluations and checkout are simulated and in development. Demo checkout charges $0.

Can I use a promo code?

Eligible promotion codes can change the illustrative checkout price. They do not charge your card.

Can I purchase an evaluation today?

Real checkout is not enabled. Card, wallet and crypto options are currently previews pending provider approval.

How are trading rules enforced?

Trading performance and automated enforcement are not yet connected. The published rule details and paid options must be finalized before launch.

Payments & support

Can I request a payout?

Live payouts are not enabled. Future payout eligibility will depend on published terms, verification, and approved operations.

Will my card be charged in test checkout?

No. Test checkout never collects card details or charges money.

Where can I get help?

Margin plans to use Discord for customer support. Use the official invite provided by Margin; do not share passwords, recovery links, or payment details on Discord.
