Simulation & Risk Disclosure
Important distinctions between Margin's simulated trading environment, market data, and proposed payouts.
No real-money trading
Margin's evaluation accounts are simulated. Demo trades, account sizes, profits, losses, and performance statistics are not actual brokerage or exchange positions, deposits, or cash balances.
Hypothetical performance
Simulated trading results may differ materially from live trading outcomes because of latency, available liquidity, bid-ask spreads, slippage, market suspensions, settlement disputes, and execution assumptions. No result or profit target guarantees success or future compensation.
Prediction-market data
Market availability, pricing, liquidity, eligibility, and settlement information may change. Listing a market or displaying an exchange quote does not mean Margin guarantees fills, liquidity, or eligibility under a future evaluation program.
Proposed real-money payouts
Any future payments based on simulated performance would be made by the business rather than profits from real orders placed on behalf of the user. Payouts are not operational in the current demo, and no eligibility or payout representation should be treated as a binding promise.
A fee-funded simulated prediction-market evaluation business can raise legal, consumer-protection, age-verification, and payment-provider issues. Its compliance must be reviewed for the jurisdictions served before accepting money or offering payouts.
