Current demo checkout
Development-mode demo checkouts charge $0. No money is collected, so there is no payment to refund. Test checkout confirmation documents do not represent paid receipts.
Future paid evaluations
A refund policy for paid evaluation purchases has not yet been finalized. Before real payments are enabled, Margin must disclose refund eligibility, cancellation windows, processing timelines, exceptions, taxes, chargebacks, and customer support procedures in compliance with applicable law and payment-provider rules.
Fee-refund proposals
Any proposed refund of an evaluation fee after a first payout is conditional on a future approved program and is not currently offered or guaranteed. It should not be confused with a consumer refund request.
How to get help
The official customer-support channel and refund-processing service will be published before live purchases become available. Do not enter payment information into the current demo checkout.
